Century Specialties utilizes custom-built machinery with a wide range of capabilities to produce the finest detailed components. Our skilled machinists utilize our leading technologies to produce high-precision parts. Our exacting company standards make us a global leader in precision machining.

We have several large mills, including a five axis CNC mill, that allow us to mill nad heat treat a wide variety of parts, including very large parts. Our Mori Seki mill will handle square parts that are 55" x 47" x 53" or a 57" round part with a maximum weight ofr 4,400 pounds.  This permits us to manufacture large dies or other complex components.

We can furnish complete custom tooling designs to meet both quality and throughput requirements for specific mills based upon the capability of each mill and the cold tensile workability restrictions of the alloys being reduced. Our capabilities allow us to manufacture tooling for any type of reducing mill—regardless of its origin or OEM.
